Canon mega teaser was a double flop: No new camera and wrong advertising based on a movie shot on a Sony.

Canon “Impossible Teaser” revealed to be a double flop:

1) First, they teaser promised so much that all people expected to see some kind of exciting new camera. But instead they announced a “self promoting” new site.

2) The video ad you see on top tells the story from Uruguayan film director Fede Alvarez who shoot the famous viral “panic attack” video (here on Youtube). But the director itself commented on the Canon video to tell them that he shoot the movie on a Sony and not on a Canon camera!

Amazing how companies keep doing that kind of huge marketing mistakes. There is now a lot of humor-shit about Canon and one of them is that nice anti-impossible-teaser spotted by our friend Stefan on CanonWatch.
